01. About the project
Grandia Booking Engine is a custom hotel reservation system for Grandia Hotel to maximize direct room bookings and event space rentals.
02. What I built
Built the booking engine frontend with React and Next.js, implementing interactive room availability calendars, dynamic promo code pricing logic, and event booking flows.
03. The result
Launched a direct reservation engine that increased web room bookings while cutting third-party OTA commission fees.
