01. About the project
STP Helpdesk is an integrated helpdesk and technical operations management platform for PT Sinergi Teknoglobal Perkasa.
02. What I built
Developed the operations portal using React and Next.js, creating interactive scheduling boards for maintenance and operations tasks and linking technician tasks directly to spare parts stock inventory.
03. The result
Delivered a unified support ticket system that improved response times and optimized spare parts inventory management.
